March 30, 2017 – A Message From Latha & Raj Nagaraj:

It is with a heavy heart that we learned of the passing of Chief Raymond C. Picard, a pioneer and leader in Fire & EMS and a dear friend of Deccan. Chief Picard dedicated more than five decades to the fire service and helped to shape emergency response as we know it today through his impactful contributions, including helping to develop the automatic aid system and his role as a founding contributor of what is now the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE). Chief Picard helped pave the way for innovation in Fire & EMS with his passion and dedication to serving others, and he will be greatly missed.

• How many units do I need to meet response time goals?’

• Are my ladders placed in the best possible locations?

• How many additional ambulances should we staff during peak call volume periods?

View this presentation to learn how you can run powerful deployment analysis scenarios in our ADAM  (Apparatus Deployment Analysis Module) application and discover how you can then share your insights through Esri Story Maps on ArcGIS Online.
