Recruitment Process

STEP 1:

Submit Resume

After you have submitted your resume, your resume will be reviewed and given consideration. If you meet the requirements for the position, you will be moved to the next step

STEP 2:

Questionnaire

A questionnaire form will be sent to you via email. This will help us get a better understanding of your background and education and allow you an opportunity to tell us about you.

Step 3:

Test (Depending on position)

Depending on the position, you will be asked to take a test. The test is comprised of several technical and logistical skills related to the role.

Step 4:

Panel Interview

  • The panel interview consist of several members from the Deccan Team. The members are; hiring manager and some senior members of the department.

Step 5:

Final Interview

  • Final interviews will be scheduled with Deccan’s Department leader.
