CLIENT TESTIMONIALS |

“CAD Analyst is the only intuitive tool that presents graphically persuasive
evidence of the department’s performance. When Fire Chiefs need monies to secure
equipment and redistribute resources, CAD Analyst provides persuasive reports
for both equipment and personnel resources.” - Chief Roy Hamlin, City of
Miami Fire Rescue Dept.

Fire Services
Fire and EMS departments face innumerable challenges on a day-to-day basis, requiring prudent and experienced leaders to implement accurate strategies to tackle these challenges. Station consolidations, budget cuts, and relocation of stations or apparatus, are just some examples of challenges that Fire/EMS leaders are faced with. In order to maintain defined standards of cover and proper operations, it is imperative for a Fire Chief/EMS manager to address these challenges while constantly reviewing department performance.
Chiefs and EMS Managers review department’s performance based on reports from historic data compiled in the CAD. Department Analysts and dispatchers are required to provide regular analysis to review performance at all levels. Deccan International understands the significance of providing such decisive and data backed analysis, and has made available a unique tool to help automate the analysis of CAD data.
With products such as CAD Analyst and ADAM, Chiefs and Managers can get objective and factual data right from their desktop. They have the ability to run analysis on workload distribution, incident type, time of day/week and other vital parameters. With ADAM, Chiefs are equipped with a simulation tool to test strategic decisions and impacts before making changes in the field. The reports and color-coded maps generated from these tools can be used to support their decisions and proposals to City Councils and decision makers.
