CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“CAD Analyst is the only intuitive tool that presents graphically persuasive evidence of the department’s performance. When Fire Chiefs need monies to secure equipment and redistribute resources, CAD Analyst provides persuasive reports for both equipment and personnel resources.” - Chief Roy Hamlin, City of Miami Fire Rescue Dept.

Fire/EMS ADAM: Features

Fire/EMS ADAM is distinguished by its unique color coding schemes for analyzing response performance. Darker colors represent problem areas where the coverage is poor. However, apparatus can be easily relocated in order to meet the department's standards of coverage with improvements indicated by the lighter color codes. In sum, Fire/EMS ADAM offers: Unique color-coding scheme for response performance analysis

  • A readily accessible scheme for analyzing response performance
  • Easy “drag” of apparatus so that users can specify alternate fire apparatus locations and scenarios

  • Automatic recalculation of response performances and graphical displays for each scenario
  • Automatic color-coding of the service area according to hazard type and time targets
  • Models calibrated to match real world systems
  • Estimates of response travel distances based on actual street systems
  • Call-to-scene time estimates based on historical CAD data and not on hypothetical speed limits or travel times
  • Apparatus run-loads and availability for new location scenarios based on historical distribution of incidents
  • Response performance projections for apparatus relocations calculated to match actual recorded performance
  • Calculations of both average and percentile response performances to various zones within the service area. An example of percentile performance is “Percentage of incidents with response times of less than 8 minutes.”
  • Displays of response performances for both fire and medical incidents
  • Capabilities for using, deleting, saving, retrieving, and comparing different analysis scenarios
  • An easy-to-use interface
  • Capabilities for specifying and reviewing response performance at specific locations
  • Compatible with Windows Operating System
